At Francourt Events we are pleased to announce our first Rugby World Cup 2023 event as part of our World Rugby Memorial Project.
Between September 4th to the 10th 2023 you can be part of the event or attend.
Starting on Tuesday September 5th our “Francourt Freewheelers” will make their debut with a charity bike ride across the WW1 Battlefields between Amiens and Laon, via Peronne and Compiegne. They will be carrying our “Flame of Remembrance Lanterns” as part of our tribute to the fallen rugby heroes and the many others who gave so much between 1914 to 1918.
Commemorative Military, and Charity Rugby games will take place in Laon on September 8th and 9th
Saturday, September 9th we will be hosting a Commemorative Ceremony at the World Rugby Memorial. This is open to all rugby supporters from around the world to attend.
